Welcome
As a clinician, I am interested in how our brain and central nervous system (CNS) work to affect our self -perception, behavior in relationships, and sense of fit in the world. The feedback loop created between our brain and CNS cause us to feel activated or calmed. Assessing symptoms as over- or under-arroused is the basis for a less stigmatizing and more optimistic paradigm. One that allows for growth and healing through better brain regulation.
A key benefit of neurofeedback training is its efficiency stabilizing the brain and CNS, with changes often experienced within the first few sessions. I now use neurofeedback as a primary modality or as an adjunct to psychotherapy to enable clients to achieve better brain regulation, quickly affecting their accessibility to and readiness for change.
